Once is always trying to think outside the square. From always trying to improve customer service, systems, and products available to customers, to even how the office is presented. There is a really fresh vibe as soon as you walk out of the lift into the office.

Go to a live UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) title fight. Just missed out at Vegas in May 2009 by a week.

When I was a kid I always wanted to be a race car driver. They seem to drive around a course that never ever changes and get paid a lot of money to do so. It can’t be half bad.
