How do I activate Online Access for my account?

Activation is a simple one-off enrollment process and there is no charge for this service. To enjoy the benefits of Online Access simply contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 03 ONCE (6623) between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Sunday (Sydney time).
