Making a claim
To make a claim the policy owner or person acting on their behalf should first contact
Once Life on 1300 66 23 54 or via
life@onceaustralia.com.au.
Once Life will contact St Andrew's Life Insurance and arrange for them to contact
you. The St Andrew's claim team will call you and provide assistance through the
claim process.
Both life and terminal illness claims will require the policy owner, or person acting
on their behalf, to provide specific documented evidence as detailed in the Life
Cover Policy Document. The St Andrew's team will assist you with the requirements
to ensure the claims process is dealt with as promptly as possible.
If you already have taken a policy, you can...
- Change to direct debit
If you're paying by credit card you'll be paying a processing fee of 1%. To avoid
this, you can change to direct debit. Click here
to open the Direct Debit form. Just print it, complete it and return it to us. We'll
take it from there.
- Change the owner of a policy
Changing the owner of a policy can only be done by assignment.
Click here to open the Memorandum of Transfer form. Just print it, complete
it and return it to us along with a copy of the your driver's licence or passport
so we can verify your signiture. We'll take it from there.
- Make changes to an existing policy
If you have applied for an increase in cover you can download a Personal Health
Declaration by
