Mr. Zhong Sheng Jian - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Zhong is the founder of the Yanlord Group, which has a market capitalisation of AUD $4.6 billion as at Novemeber 28 2007. He has more than 20 years entrepreneurial experience, and has established a number of businesses spanning trading, manufacturing, real estate and financial services, in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia.

James Peng - Executive Chairman

James Peng has 20 years experience of leading major international investments, both as a key investor and as the chief executive officer. His expertise includes real estate, industrial and cross-border projects in Asia and Australia.

Stephen Benton - Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Benton has more than 20 years experience at the executive level in some of the world’s leading financial organisations, including Citigroup and Westpac. He has a proven track record of creating significant transformations and driving sustainable business results within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Howard Ho – General Manager, Finance

Howard Ho has more than 18 years global finance experience, with companies in Australia, Singapore, China and Scandinavia. He has held a number of executive positions in an Australian public company, and led its successful IPO and subsequent listing on the ASX and AIM.

Mark Sheldon - General Manager, Corporate Strategy & Marketing

With over 20 years experience in financial services, gained both in Australia and overseas, Mark has held executive positions in the disciplines of strategy, marketing and distribution. He has a proven track record of business turnarounds and growth, and has worked with several of Australia’s leading financial services organisations, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance.

Gary Howell - General Manager, Bill Payment and Credit

With more than 25 years experience in financial services, Gary has held senior positions in AGC, Toyota Finance and Citibank. Specialising in consumer finance, he has a proven track record in full end-to-end business accountability, channel management and customer acquisition, driving business growth in both multinational and start-up businesses.

Alan Carter - General Manager, National Sales

Alan Carter has more than 25 years banking experience, having held senior positions with both the NAB and CBA. With a background in transaction banking and cash management, Alan has been involved in the delivery and management of electronic banking and e-commerce solutions to corporate and business clients.
